In partnership with the Italian denim manufacturer Candiani, known for its innovative developments, Diesel has introduced a new technology, COREVA™, that allows the denim to be recycled and returned to the earth. COREVA™ is a patented technology developed by Candiani that uses plant-based stretch yarns made from 100% natural rubber and blended with certified organic cotton. COREVA™ replaces conventional synthetic fibers and petroleum-based polyurethane, and the resulting denim fabric is completely biodegradable and compostable.
The Fall/Winter 2021 denim collections featuring COREVA™ technology include the men’s “D-VIKER” denim pants, the denim jacket “D SFERA” denim pants for men, and “D-AIR” denim pants for women, available at Diesel-owned stores and on the official Diesel online store.
