To commemorate the 10th anniversary of DIESEL’s “GLORIOUS CHAIN CAFÉ,” the popular menu is being offered at a special price from November 20 (Fri.) to December 19 (Sat.), 2020. During this period, past menus will also be reissued on a limited basis. In addition, sweets, drinks, and goods collaborating with “BAD MOOD,” an animation project by SEKAI NO OWARI’s Fukase, will also be available at the same time.

GLORIOUS CHAIN CAFÉ by lifestyle brand DIESEL is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, and is currently offering its popular menu items at a special price of ¥1,000 (tax included). In addition to the standard Eggs Benedict and BLT cheeseburger, the reissued Salmon Eggs Benedict is also available for a limited time. This menu is only available at the Shibuya branch from 11:30 to 15:00, and this campaign will last until December 19 (Sat.).

Eggs Benedict with homemade roast ham and eggs w/french fries

Here is the signature menu item of “GLORIOUS CHAIN CAFÉ,” which has remained steadfastly popular since its opening. The signature dish is made with carefully selected ingredients, including an original hollandaise sauce and poached eggs made with a rich red egg yolk, and thick homemade ham cooked slowly at low temperature and topped on a browned English muffin.

Salmon Eggs Benedict w/Fries

This is a reintroduction of Eggs Benedict, using smoked salmon instead of homemade ham. The smoked salmon is combined with rich sour cream and fresh dill. The mild sourness and smoked flavor are a perfect match.

BLT cheeseburger w/fries

Another signature item on the ” GLORIOUS CHAIN CAFÉ ” menu is the hamburger. The BLT Cheeseburger, one of the most popular items on the menu, is a hearty, luxurious hamburger consisting of a homemade ground beef patty, melted rich cheddar cheese, smoky bacon, lettuce, and fresh tomatoes on a crispy, fluffy bun.

Miyazaki Prefecture fermented pork homemade sausage & herb chicken grilled w/ mashed potatoes

This is a grilled plate with herbed chicken and homemade sausage, served with oregano, mustard, and other seasonings that have not changed since the restaurant opened. The homemade sausage is made from ” Marumi Pork ” from Miyazaki Prefecture, which is carefully raised using the latest technology with special attention to water and feed. The richly flavorful pork is coarsely ground and seasoned simply with garlic, rosemary, and salt. Each order is grilled from raw and served with a finish that overflows with juices, making it a delight to eat at the most delicious time.
