DIESEL RED TAG collaborates with GR-UNIFORMA! Capsule collection with gradient colors and patchwork

DIESEL RED TAG and GR-UNIFORMA, a new label by Moscow-based Gosha Rubchinskiy, have teamed up for their latest collaboration. The capsule collection, featuring avant-garde designs with a splash of Diesel’s signature black and red hues, will be available starting July 27.

Capsule collection of Diesel items with Russian cultural background

DIESEL RED TAG is a groundbreaking platform that invites a new generation of innovative designers who understand Diesel’s DNA to design capsule collections designed by them and sold exclusively in select stores worldwide.Launched in 2018, the first installment was with Hood by Air’s Shane Oliver, and the second with Glenn Martins of Y/Project. Rabchinsky, who is collaborating this time, is a designer known for designing utility streetwear influenced by Russian culture. He has brought his sensibilities to bear to create the ” DIESEL RED TAG x GR-UNIFORMA ” capsule collection, inspired by a virtual opera uniform.

This capsule collection features artists El Lissitzky and Kazimir Malevich, stage director and producer Husevolod Meyerhorid and music pioneer Igor Stravinsky, among others, as the main inspiration for the Russian avant-garde movement of the early 20th century. The lineup of garments combines ideas from Russia’s broad and deep cultural background with contemporary silhouettes of workwear and 90’s denim shapes.
