As mentioned at the beginning of this article, the reason why zip-up parkas are ideal for spring is because their characteristic of being easy to put on and take off matches the spring weather, where the temperature difference between daytime and nighttime is extreme. If it is hot, it can be taken off and worn over the shoulders or wrapped around the waist, and is useful as just the right outerwear for chilly times of the day. Although there is a difference in preference between pullovers and zip-ups, in terms of “usability as outerwear,” the zip-up is probably the better choice. Spring’s Leading Zip-Up Hoodie (2) “AMI Paris
(1) While it is good to make a statement with a contrasting one-point logo like Ralph Lauren’s (1), it is also a sophisticated and elegant way to show it off casually in the same color as the base color. This coloring is one of Ami’s signature techniques, and in addition to the ivory color shown here, the design is also available in a variety of other colors (of course, the standard red logo is still in place). The size of the logo is a bit large, but as mentioned above, it is the same color as the base of the hoodie, so it should not stand out as bad.
