Are trench coats for spring and fall different?
Many trench coats, the standard outerwear for spring and fall, can be used for both seasons, but there are of course products that are made for one or the other. Basically, lightweight coats made of thin fabrics that do not trap heat are for spring, while trench coats made of sturdier, thicker cotton fabrics are for fall. Some trench coats are made of wool melton fabric, which is not a typical trench coat, and are completely designed for fall and winter.
Men who want to wear it in winter as well should choose a trench coat with a liner! Men who want to wear it in winter should choose a trench coat with a liner.
As mentioned above, a trench coat made of melton fabric for fall and winter is an option, but if you want to buy a trench coat, you should choose a classic trench coat made of gabardine! There are probably many people who would like to buy a classic trench coat made of gabardine. If so, look for a trench coat with a removable liner. The standard trench coat is one with a wool liner on the inside, but recently it is not uncommon to find coats with an inner down layer for better protection against the cold. Of course, if the liner is removed, the coat can be worn in spring as well, making it a high-cost item that can be worn in all three seasons.
