The new “Ploom CUBE” device is equipped with JT’s latest heating technology, “SMART HEATFLOW,” just like the “Ploom AURA” heated cigarette device, which has evolved around “flavor”. It is a device for heated cigarettes that delivers exceptional flavor. The Plume series’ original rounded cube design, which fits in the palm of your hand, is now available in a new, compact size.

Loss of the automatic heating function does not affect the performance of the product itself (not covered by warranty except for initial failure).
If the cigarette stick is inserted too soon or not inserted within 10 seconds after opening the slide cover, the cigarette stick will not be detected and the automatic heating function will not work. In such cases, please try manual heating (press and hold the button area for at least 1 second).
To use the Bluetooth® connection function, you need to obtain a JT ID and register your device.
