Vintage items from the West remade with traditional Japanese techniques! A lineup of items bursting with Nick Worcester’s versatility!

This collaboration focuses on traditional Japanese handicrafts such as sashiko and rag patchwork. Vintage military wear and chinos from the U.S. and Europe are dismantled and remade using the traditional Japanese upcycling techniques of “Sakiori” and “Sashiko”. The “Sakiori” process, in which used cloth is ripped into thin strips and woven into weft threads to be recycled into clothing and household items, and the items dyed in Nick Wooster’s signature color, pink, make for a special item that can only be experienced through this collaboration. This is a special item that can only be enjoyed through this collaboration. In addition, some of the items are woven by the hands of people with disabilities, creating a collection that transcends the boundaries between East and West.
