The design source ” Scarbusness ” is an exposed rock zone with a mysterious forest discovered by a Japanese research team!

Since its launch in 1965, the Seiko diver’s watch has been used by research teams and adventurers in harsh environments such as the Antarctic, and has built up a solid reputation. Scarbus Ness,” which was incorporated into the design of this watch, is an exposed rocky area located about 55 km from Showa Station in Antarctica. At the bottom of the lakes and marshes there, a Japanese research team discovered a mysterious forest of moss and algae called “moss bogs,” which were formed over a long period of time in extreme conditions. Inspired by such a mysterious scene created by the earth, the striking green base design of this watch is a gem that only a Seiko diver’s watch can offer.
