Tylocken Coat Special! Introducing recommended items that exude adult austerity & dignity!

If you feel stuck in a rut with the trench coat, which is a major men’s staple, why not take a look at the Tielocken Coat, which is said to be the prototype of the trench coat? Although its origins are old, you will surely enjoy a different and fresh mood. In this issue, we will introduce the characteristics and recommended items under the theme of the “Tylocken Coat.

What is a Tylocken coat?

A tie-locken coat is a type of coat that is fastened with a belt. Although broadly defined as a belted coat, it differs from a wrap coat in that it does not have a button closure and the tightness can be adjusted with the buckle attached to the belt. The classic type has two buckles on the front and one on the back, but there are a wide variety of designs, including one attached only to the right side of the front. The large collars, deep pockets, and other dignified designs reminiscent of military uniforms are perfect for raising one’s masculinity.

The Tylocken coat was developed in 1895 by Thomas Burberry, who patented the “Tylocken” in 1912. Tielocken became less common after its successor, the trench coat, was created during World War I. However, the Tielocken has recently seen a return to the classics. However, the recent boom in the return to the classic style has slowly brought it to the forefront of attention. Although there are not many brands that offer this type of coat, it should be easy to distinguish yourself from others.
