In this menu, I tried to keep the calorific value in the range of 500-750 kcal. For a person 175 cm tall, weighing 80 kg, 35 years old, working mainly remotely and rarely exercising, 2270 kcal is the estimated daily energy requirement. Assuming a caloric intake of 3:4:3 for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and assuming that 650 kcal is consumed at lunch, this would be 1625 kcal per day, which would be minus 645 kcal.

I felt that these three dishes were not enough vegetables, so I was experimenting with ways to increase the vegetables. While thinking about what to do, I actually tried the chicken and green onion salt, and found it to be a bit bland and lacking in volume. So I thought, why not add frozen broccoli to the Chicken Negi-Shio? By adding frozen broccoli, the volume of the main dish was increased, and we succeeded in increasing the amount of vegetables while reducing the salt content.
