Push-ups are a simple yet profound muscle training exercise! Learn the right way to do them & tips to work your pectoral muscles!

(2) The “Kneeling Push-Up” is the best way to practice and push ups because of its light load! The proper way to do the “Kneeling Push-Up.

The “kneeling push-up” is to perform the normal push-up above with knees. If you feel that the normal push-up is too hard for you, why not try the kneeling push-up? Incidentally, this is also useful for those who, after pushing themselves to the limit with normal push-ups, want to “push themselves even harder! You can also use it when you want to push yourself even harder after you have reached the limit of normal push-ups.

(1) From a kneeling position, place your hands at the shoulder line, about one fist wider than shoulder width. Incidentally, the further away your knees are from your hips, the more the load is reduced and the more the load is increased. This fine adjustment of load is another advantage of the kneeling push-up.

(2) Keep your body straight from your head to your hips (or knees) and drop your body while inhaling. If you open your elbows too much while trying to work the pectoral muscles, you may hurt your wrists. The key is to bend the elbows so that the silhouette looks like the arrow (➡) when viewed from above.

(3) While maintaining a straight back, return to the starting position while exhaling with the image of pushing the ground with your wrists. It may seem like you can do this exercise as many times as you want because you are kneeling, but in reality, it is surprisingly tough. Why not start with a goal of three sets of 10 repetitions and try as much as you can?
