PREMIATA GINZA held its grand opening on May 26, 2018, with a talk event to celebrate the opening. The event was a great success, and a raffle was held to select the winners of luxurious gifts.

“Sneakers on the feet of grown men.” PREMIATA x OTOKOMAE Special Talk Show

A talk show was held to commemorate the opening, featuring former Japanese national soccer team member Shuhiro Takeda, Hirotake Kubo, who appeared in the first Bachelor Japan, and stylist Hajime Suzuki, along with OTOKOMAE editor-in-chief.

The theme of the talk show was “Sneakers for Grown Men’s Feet.” The projector was used to show snapshots taken at Pitti Uomo by the OTOKOMAE editorial department and seasonal styling using Premiata sneakers, with Suzuki and OTOKOMAE editor-in-chief explaining the key points of how to wear them. Takeda and Kubo also spoke passionately about the appeal of Premiata’s sneakers, and the audience was very excited.

At the end of the talk show, a raffle was held for special gifts, such as a pair of Premiata sneakers and a limited-edition T-shirt not for sale. The event ended with a great success.

The day before the opening, the owner of Premiata will visit Japan to celebrate the opening!

The day before the opening, Graziano Mazza, the owner of Premiata, visited Japan from his home country of Italy. He expressed his great joy at seeing PREMIATA GINZA, which opened with the same concept as the Milan store.

It has been about 30 years since Premiata began its expansion in Japan. With the opening of the flagship store at full force, the company plans to develop a larger and more diverse approach than ever before. They are also considering developing exclusive models for Japan, a country that has embraced diverse fashion culture.
