Reebok will release a new collaborative shoe with fashion brand MOUNTAIN RESEARCH, “ALIEN STOMPER MR,” on March 15 (Tuesday), the first time in about two years. Pre-sales will start from March 1 (Tue.) at 12:00 on Mountain Research’s official online store.

Mountain Research” is an apparel brand that has gained popularity for its practical and stylish items developed by designer Setsumasa Kobayashi, who bases his life in the mountains, under the theme of “mountain living clothes. The collaboration with Reebok began in 2020, with the first pair being the “DMX TRAIL SHADOW” inspired by trail running, and the second pair being the all-white “Alien Stamper” model, which is Reebok’s signature model. The second edition of the “Alien Stamper” is a popular Reebok model that became a topic of conversation when it was worn by the main character in the 1986 blockbuster movie “Alien 2. The third edition of the “Alien Stamper” is a “stealth” edition based on the same model that retains the silhouette and design of the previous model, but in a new black color.
The removable ankle strap and print design show the attention to detail that designer Kobayashi, who is a fan of the same model, has put into the design of this pair. The large, iconic shoe covers have also been retained, paying homage to the original design.
