The Reebok x Keith Haring collection is dedicated to Keith Haring, one of America’s most famous artists of the 1980s, and follows the release of a collaborative model in October. 6000″ as its base. The result is a collaborative sneaker with bold coloring, incorporating pop primary colors inspired by Keith Haring’s archival work.

The model represents Keith Haring’s deep involvement with music and dance, and his head-on attitude toward those who dance. The theme of “community” is reflected in motifs that evoke joy, energy, and friendship. The coloring is inspired by past works, with bold primary colors used in some areas. This pair of shoes is a reflection of Keith Haring’s penchant for isochromatic colors such as orange and green.

This model was inspired by a work found in the Keith Haring Foundation’s valuable archives that depicts a dog and a human. The dog and human forms depicted in the work mimic each other, and are intended to answer the question, “What does it mean to be human (e.g., a member of society)? (e.g., a person in a position of power or strength). These sneakers have an impact with their bright green, yellow, and orange coloring, which is characteristic of his work.
