The second generation of the popular “990” series has evolved into the ” 990V2
The “990” series boasts timeless popularity as the iconic model of New Balance; the first “990” was created in 1982, and currently the series has been updated up to the V5. The 990V2 is the second generation of the 990 series, a reissue of the model released in 1998.
The “990V2” features the first visible midsole with ABZORB shock-absorbing material, the latest technology at the time. This model realized excellent shock absorption and resilience. The upper is a combination of Wolverine pigskin suede and mesh. The model is available in three colors: gray, navy, and black.
