DIESEL ” SPREAD THE COLOR ” is a cutting-edge denim collection that creates unique color contrasts through engineered processing

DIESEL’s new “SPREAD THE COLOR” collection uses an engineered and precise process that differs from prints and traditional dyeing methods to achieve a polychrome (multicolor) effect. By using this dyeing technique, the foam treatment process, special pigments in foam form are directly absorbed by the reverse side of the fabric, creatively changing the texture of the outer fabric. The limited use of this process ensures that the color does not bleed through to the surface, even when applied to the reverse side of white denim. By using a fabric with a distinctly different color on the front and back sides, these unique jeans can be rolled up to reveal the lining, or the weft of the lining can be shown through the ripped repair, creating a color contrast that can be enjoyed.

DIESEL released a campaign movie “Spread The Color” expressing this collection along with the release of the items. It depicts men and women who find themselves in a surreal and ironic world full of playfulness, and their movements in jeans are accompanied by colors. And with clouds that turn red and puddles that turn neon pink, they add colors that do not exist in the real world, emphasizing their optimism and individuality.
