Janco is a Spanish brand launched by Jose Albaladejo in 1961. The company is committed to the consistent in-house production from planning to design and manufacturing, and also produces its own soles and lasts. Enzo Bonafet was founded in 1963. With its workshop in Bologna, the company boasts a high quality and sincere approach to shoemaking, and despite being a small-scale shoe workshop, it is as popular as prestigious brands. The company’s customers include VIPs from all over Europe, and it is also a favorite of former Pope John Paul II. Enzo Bonafet’s outer-blade plain toe is characterized by a neat silhouette that is unmistakably Italian. The upper is made of leather from the prestigious French company Dupuis. The shoes are made using the Goodyear à mano (nine-part tailoring) method, which hardly relies on chance, and the quality is impressive in terms of both appearance and comfort.
