TATRAS will hold “The Imaginary Museum-Tokyo Edition” at its TATRAS Ginza store from March 8 (Sat) to March 21 (Fri). This art project is inspired by the concept of “Le Musée Imaginaire,” or “the museum without walls,” proposed by former French Minister of Culture André Malraux.

This is the second time that “The Imaginary Museum”. This time, in conjunction with ART FAIR TOKYO, visitors can experience the fusion of fashion and digital art at the TATRAS Ginza store, which carries the latest TATRAS collection. The venue will offer an immersive art experience that fuses the digital and physical worlds, making full use of augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR). It is an art exhibition for a new era, accessible from anywhere in the world without being bound by time or location.
Produced by curator Medi Dacri, the participating artists in this exhibition include Giovanni Leonardo Bassin, Egor Kraft, Jeffrey Lilmon, Stephan Margolis, and Gouki Muramoto. Their works will be on display during the exhibition, and some will be for sale. As a tribute to the TATRAS 25AW presentation in Paris in February 2025, which was also created by Mr. Dacri, the visual design will consist of a digital space with blue as the base color. In addition, original sound created by Ed Davenport for this exhibition will be played in the exhibition space, creating a new dialogue between fashion, art, and technology with the addition of music. We hope you will experience art that transcends conventional boundaries.
