SANYOYAMACHO celebrates its 20th anniversary with the launch of its "Prestige Line," an updated version of three classic models!

SANYOYAMACHO’s “Prestige Line” commitment (1) “Details with special tricks befitting the 20th anniversary”.

Based on the concept of “tailoring a pair of shoes as close as possible to bispoke shoes,” three pairs from the Prestige line are made with high quality in every aspect, from the leather to the finish. The “yagoto (arrowhead) finish,” a traditional Japanese tailoring technique, is used on the koba, giving the shoes an edgier and more elegant impression than the usual flat koba.

In addition, the heel, which usually has a seam, is made of a single piece of seamless heel, which makes the top-quality material stand out even more. In addition, the silhouette of the pitched heel, which tapers toward the bottom, exudes an elegant atmosphere.

The stitching is finished with a more precise pitch for an even more subtle, tighter look.

SANYOYOYAMACHO’s “Prestige Line” commitment 2: “On the insock part, the logo that symbolizes Bespoke shoes is engraved: “Made in Japan, special order shoes”.

The in-sock portion of the shoe is stamped with the “Made in Japan Special Order Shoes” logo, which symbolizes the “Bespoke Shoes” line and differentiates them from the regular line.

SANYOYAMACHO’s “Prestige Line” commitment (3) “Uses leather produced by a historic tannery.

Each part of this work uses materials appropriate for the brand’s 20th anniversary. The upper is made of box calf leather from HAAS, a tannery in the Alsace region of France that has been in operation since 1842, and is known for its fine texture, resilience, and suppleness. Like the upper, the lining made of HAAS leather gently wraps the foot and has an appealing moist and absorbent feel. The sole is made of oak bark leather from MARTIN, a prestigious German tannery founded in 1642. The time-consuming manufacturing process makes it an ideal sole material with excellent durability and a smooth finish.
