The “Kinsei Yuichiro” is a seamless, hole-cut shoe that most directly utilizes the quality of the upper material. The design makes it extremely difficult to cut the leather, as it is necessary to take large parts to avoid scratches and bloodstains. The only seam is finished with skin stitching, which sews together a section of leather about 1 mm thick, highlighting the high level of skill that Japanese shoemakers pride themselves on.
