G-SHOCK jacks up Shibuya! G-SHOCK FAN FESTA SHIBUYA 2018″ to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the birth of G-SHOCK from Saturday, December 1, 2018.

G-SHOCK” celebrates its 35th anniversary this year. As a campaign to conclude the anniversary year, “G-SHOCK FAN FESTA SHIBUYA 2018” will be held in Shibuya from December 1 (Sat.) to 9 (Sun.) and 13 (Thu.). There’s even a chance to win gorgeous prizes on the spot by drawing lots!

In celebration of G-SHOCK’s 35th anniversary, G-SHOCK jacks up the streets of Shibuya, the area that triggered the boom!

In the 90’s, G-Shock watches spread throughout Japan along with various street cultures such as fashion, skateboarding, and surfing that were popular in Shibuya. The “SHIBUYA Poster Jack,” a project that covers the streets of Shibuya with graphics directed by graphic artist YOSHIROTTEN, is based on the theme of G-SHOCK and the streets of Shibuya, which triggered the boom in G-SHOCK. The “SHIBUYA Poster Jack” will sweep the streets of Shibuya with visuals that combine impact and sophistication. As a starting event, “NEXT GENERATIONS,” an action sports competition for Japanese 15-year-olds and younger, will be held on December 1 (Sat.) at the Shibuya Stream Inaribashi and Kaneobashi Plaza. Eight top-ranked players invited from all over Japan will compete in a tournament to determine the pinnacle of the junior generation.
