Article 1: “Don’t mess around with skin care! What is the skin care regimen that top models must follow every day?”

Men now “take skincare for granted. It is now considered etiquette to keep one’s skin in good shape. Mr. Pierre is no exception, as he takes care of his skin every day. So we asked Pierre to tell us about his skincare philosophy.

Mr. Pierre
In modeling, the condition of one’s skin directly affects how creative one’s work will turn out, so I make skincare a part of my daily routine. Of course, it is also a way to improve myself. Specifically, I use oil and milky lotion after taking a bath before going to bed at night. There is a huge difference in the tone of my skin the next day when I do this or don’t do this. These are just two basic skin care products, but it is important to build a solid base for your skin without trying to do too many things. Nowadays, it is common for men as well as women to take care of their skin, and if you want to improve the appearance of your skin in an easy-to-understand way, you should definitely take care of your skin!

The key is choosing the right items. Pierre’s style is to stick to organic and actively incorporate new things!

Pierre says that skincare is an essential piece of a man’s game. He is particular about the items he chooses.

Mr. Pierre
I always research new skincare items and actively try out the ones I am interested in. Her sources of information are SNS and word-of-mouth from family and friends. I don’t stick to specific brands or men’s products, but check a wide range of products, including unisex and women’s products, and choose what I like. And the point I am most particular about is that the ingredients are organic. The purpose of skin care is to care for the skin, but additives can damage it, so it is a must to choose additive-free organic products, not only for oils and milky lotions, but also for shampoos and body soaps.

Mr. Pierre
Incidentally, I am currently using oil from ” L’OFFICINE UNIVERSELLE BULY,” a brand from France, my home country, and emulsion from ” GLAMORIUM,” a Japanese brand produced by a friend of my wife.

Article 2: “Fashion is a self-styled, to-the-point obsession! Mr. Pierre focuses on two elements?”

It is a well-known story in the industry that Pierre’s clothes are fashionable. Of course, the basic premise is that he likes clothes, but he says that taking care of one’s appearance by dressing according to TPO is also necessary to raise one’s manhood. What is Pierre’s passion for such fashion?

Mr. Pierre
I love clothes and am very particular about fashion. I am not influenced by trendy brands or items, but choose what fits my mood and the occasion. I love street wear, vintage wear, and vintage Lacoste items in particular, but I also wear suits on certain days as well as casual wear, and I think it is important to coordinate my outfits based on TPO. For example, when I go out on a date with my wife, I will put aside street clothes and dress nicely (laughs). (laughs) Again, I am particular about fashion, so I always try to match my mood and TPO in my styling.

Mr. Pierre
Also, I mentioned earlier that I don’t care about trends, but sneakers are a different story. I frequently check out new sneaker releases and hot collaboration models, and for Nike in particular, I always follow the official SNKRS app to keep up with the latest releases. I also try to enter the lottery for rare sneakers. Recently, I got a pair of Air Jordan 4s, a collaboration between Nike and Off-White, through SNKRS. My favorite sneakers are basically collected at home.

My favorite item is a vintage GMT-Master that even Rolex enthusiasts would recognize!!!

Pierre has a strong passion for fashion. His favorite items are still vintage ones.

Mr. Pierre
My favorite watch is a vintage Rolex GMT-Master Mark III. I bought it three years ago, and I’ve been wearing it ever since. Rolexes have a very high asset value and the market price has gone up every year, but I bought this GMT Master not for investment purposes, but because I really wanted it, and I have no intention of parting with it.

Article 3: “Controlling one’s diet is another way to improve one’s manhood. Is it a sign of a good man that he cares about what he eats?”

In addition to skin care and clothing as discussed in Articles 1 and 2, another important factor in raising a man is to create a well-rounded body by controlling his diet. Mr. Pierre is very careful about such daily eating habits.

Mr. Pierre
Of course, skin care and fashion are the most important things to look good. But I also take care of my inner body on a daily basis. That means controlling my diet well. Specifically, I do fasting every day. I eat dinner at 8:00 p.m. and have my next meal at 2:00 p.m. the next day. By skipping breakfast, I leave 18 hours between dinner and lunch. Of course, there are times when the time shifts due to work, but basically I take a late lunch after my daily training routine around 12:00 to 13:00 noon. This not only helps me to lose weight, but also improves my immune system and helps me to lead a healthy life.

Mainly chicken, yellowtail, salmon and other fish. But I really want to eat fatty fish every day…

Pierre has an extraordinary commitment to food. However, he does not follow a healthy diet 365 days a year. He also says that he would like to eat “that thing” every day if he could.

Mr. Pierre
His usual diet consists mainly of chicken (e.g., chicken breast) and fish (e.g., yellowtail and salmon). Recently, I’ve been especially addicted to yellowtail. However, I don’t necessarily eat only that, but of course I also eat my favorite shabu-shabu and sukiyaki, depending on the occasion. I am also a big fan of sweets, especially ice cream and Haagen-Dazs, which I cannot miss. You could say this is my weakness (lol). Japan has a lot of flavors and they are better than the French ones. My favorite flavors are Japanese sweets such as green tea and kinako kuromitsu. If I were allowed to, I would eat them every day!

Article 4: “A man’s backside looks great with his legs and hip line! By training your legs and hips on a regular basis, you can make your body “look good” in clothes.”

Choosing clothes with good taste and eating well are important, but maintaining one’s body shape is essential to make clothes look cool. In addition to training his body with muscle training, Pierre says that he also does exercises that are different from other models to build his body.

Mr. Pierre
There are two types of male models. There are two types of male models: the masculine, stocky types like myself, and the slender, feminine types. The latter type rarely work out because it is not necessary to make their bodies bigger, but the former type needs to exercise and train every day without fail to build their bodies. This is where I have adopted Muay Thai. No matter how busy I am, I try to go to the Muay Thai gym four times a week, and if I have time, I go five or six times a week. The reason I started Muay Thai was when I went to Thailand on business. There was a Muay Thai camp next to the hotel where I stayed, and when I tried it there, I was hooked. I have always loved martial arts and even did Tae Kwon Do when I was younger, but Muay Thai is the most fun for me now. Sometimes I can’t make it to the gym, so of course I make sure to do push-ups, squats, and other weight training at home.

It is not simply a matter of training the body, but it is also important to focus on the points where the clothes look good. Pierre trains “that part” of his body through Muay Thai.

Mr. Pierre
It is also important to train the key areas that make clothes look cool. For example, arms and legs are the most important points. Arms and legs are trained well when you do Muay Thai. Also, by doing Muay Thai, your hip line will naturally tighten up. I myself do not train the hip line consciously, and if anything, it is an area that female models are particularly concerned about, but I think it is just as important for men as it is for legs in terms of making the silhouette of pants look good. In addition, we also rearrange the areas to be worked out depending on the season. For example, in spring and summer, I sometimes take off my tops, so I focus on my waist so that my abdominal muscles can be broken.

Working out isn’t the end of the world, it’s important to take care of those muscles after the workout! If you want to relax the muscles around your waist and hips, Panasonic’s ” Cordless Pelvic Hip Reflex ” is a great and easy way to do so!

Pierre says that he does not leave the muscles overworked by Muay Thai untouched, and that he takes good care of them afterwards. What are some useful care items that can be used at home?

Mr. Pierre
Muay Thai is an athletic sport that requires a lot of standing and heavy use of the legs and hips, so after exercising, the muscles around the waist and hips get tired. It is quite difficult to take care of these muscles on one’s own, so I used to go to an osteopathic clinic regularly to get massages. However, I only went to the osteopath about once a month, which is a little insufficient for me as I go to the Muay Thai gym four to six times a week. On the other hand, this Panasonic cordless pelvic floor reflexer is convenient for me because I can easily get rid of the fatigue after training at home. Instead of getting tired and going to a massage parlor, I can take care of myself whenever I feel like it. It also reduces swelling in the hip line and makes you feel refreshed, so the silhouette of your pants will look beautiful.

Mr. Pierre
If I use it quickly before going out, I think my body will not only feel lighter but also my clothes will look more stylish. Not only can you incorporate it into your daily exercise and aftercare routine, but it is also good for toning your body before work. It’s also supposed to stimulate blood circulation, so if you use it before bed, you’ll wake up refreshed the next morning!
