What are the basic steps of skincare?

Also, pre-washing with lukewarm water opens the pores and allows the facial cleansing foam to reach deep into the skin, so men who tend to produce sebum should pre-wash carefully. If the water is too hot, it may remove even the necessary sebum, so a temperature of 30 to 35 degrees Celsius is recommended.

For example, if you wash your face every day with a face wash that contains a strong degreasing scrub to refresh your skin, it may remove excessive sebum and accelerate your oily skin. Also, if men’s facial cleansing foam is too stimulating or does not suit your skin, you may want to consider products for women.
