What is whitening toothpaste?

Abrasives are effective in removing stains that are already present. All toothpastes basically contain abrasives, but if the amount of abrasives is too high, it may damage the teeth themselves. The list of ingredients includes cleaning agents, silicates (silica), heavy calcium carbonate, granular calcium carbonate, and aluminum hydroxide, and if these are listed at the top of the ingredient list, there is a high possibility that the content is high, so be careful.
