Step 3: “The rule of thumb is to put the cleanser on the T-zone first!
It is easy to think that you can put on a facial cleanser in any order. But in fact, there is a specific order. First, start with the T-zone, the area with the highest sebum production, on the nose and forehead. By prolonging the time you put the cleanser on your face, you should be able to remove stubborn sebum stains and keratin plugs. Step 4: “Cleanse gently without exerting force.
After applying the foam, blend the cleanser into the face, being careful not to use too much pressure with your hands. If you wash while rotating your fingertips in a circular motion, you can easily remove sebum and keratin, and get the full effect of washing your face. Another key point is to change the time you spend washing your face from morning to night: 15 to 30 seconds in the morning to remove dirt while you sleep, and 30 to 60 seconds in the evening to remove dirt during the day.
Step 5: “Rinsing is vital! Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water 30 times.
It is no exaggeration to say that rinsing is the key to washing face. If the rinsing is not done properly, the cleanser and dirt will remain on the skin, causing acne and skin irritation. However, as mentioned above, it is strictly forbidden to rinse the skin by directly hitting it with a shower. Although it may seem tedious, it is best to rinse off the cleanser by scooping out the water with your hands. Most men are said to rinse 5 to 10 times, but there is a high possibility that this does not sufficiently remove all of the cleanser. After rinsing thoroughly, your skin will be smooth and you will feel more comfortable after washing than usual.
Step 6: Gently pat dry.
Finish washing your face by gently wiping the moisture from your face with a soft towel or tissue that you prepared before washing your face. Skin tends to dry out easily after washing, so apply skincare items such as lotion or milky lotion immediately.
