What are the six attractions of the New Balance "990," which continues the pursuit of supreme comfort?

The “990”, New Balance’s most iconic heritage series

New Balance’s 990 series began in 1982 when the first model was released as a running shoe for paved roads. It was sold at a price of $100, an expensive price in the running shoe market at the time, and the model was named the 990, meaning “On a scale of 1000 this shoe is a 990 (achieved 990 points out of 1000). Since then, it has been repeatedly updated as New Balance’s heritage series and has continued for 12 generations: 990, 995, 996, 997, 998, 999, 990v2, 991, 992, 993, 990v3, and 990v4.

The ” M992 ” released in 2006 is known as the favorite model of that Steve Jobs. Mr. Jobs is famous for wearing a black turtleneck by Issey Miyake, Levi’s jeans, and New Balance sneakers on his feet to a product launch event. The fact that Mr. Jobs repeatedly chooses to wear universal, high quality products shows the authenticity of the 990 series. The “990v2” was introduced in 1998, 16 years after the first model in 1982, and the “990v3” in 2012. The “990v3” was then released in 2012, followed by the “990v4” in 2016.
