Reason for the popularity of PUMA SUEDE (7) “”Suede Ignite,”” which has undergone every possible evolution, is also a focus of attention!

The “Suede Ignite” is an updated version of Puma’s signature Suede model. In addition to the luxurious look and feel, the comfort of the shoe has evolved significantly.

The newly developed “Ignite Foam” midsole offers a much more comfortable fit!

One of the major improvements of the Suede Ignite over the classic model is comfort. The reason for this is the midsole. Suede Ignite is equipped with a midsole made of a unique high-performance material called “IGNITE FORM. Previously, a material called ” EVA ” had long been used for the midsole of Puma’s running shoes, but EVA had the disadvantage that it was difficult to achieve both resilience and cushioning at a high level. In order to solve the problem of increasing resilience and decreasing cushioning, and conversely, increasing cushioning and decreasing resilience, Puma began developing a new type of midsole using a special polyurethane material. And in 2015, Ignite Foam was introduced as the new generation foam in Puma’s running category.

The heel of this midsole features a new foam called “ForEver foam,” which is based on basic technology developed for automobile suspension parts. This suppresses blurring when landing, leading to a softer landing feel and a more stable ride. In addition to its excellent rigidity and durability, it is also resistant to temperature changes, making it an excellent choice for performance in any season.

The outsole is newly stamped with the Ignite logo. The same rubber as in regular suede is used, so the gripping feel is the same, but the Ignite foam, which combines resilience and cushioning, provides a much more comfortable feel when changing direction. In addition, a “cup insole” has been adopted for the insole, contributing to the comfort of the shoes.

Casually updated design!

In addition to the comfort of the midsole, the design has also evolved casually. The upper is made of suede material as in previous models. However, the fur is slightly longer and has a somewhat shiny feel, giving the impression of being more suitable for adults. The label on the shoe tongue has been changed from nylon to rubber. The rubber patch is the same color as the upper, adding an elegant, minimalist feel. The cat logo on the heel has also been changed to a tonal-colored rubber, and metallic metal caps have been placed on the tips of the laces, adding to the high-class feel.

The form stripe that symbolizes the suede design has also been changed. The classic model had the same suede material stitched into the upper, but the Suede Ignite is seamlessly covered in smooth leather. This is a stylish detail work that cannot be seen from a distance, but upon closer inspection, you will notice a slight difference.
