The “CO.JP Tournament,” held by NIKE in 2021, is a campaign to determine the No. 1 masterpiece produced by Nike Japan’s “CO.JP” project in the 1990s. The “HEAD 2 HEAD PACK” collection, a mashup of materials and colors from the models nominated in that tournament, will be available on Friday, June 9, 2023. Lottery sales are being accepted on the official atmos website until 8:59 a.m. on June 8 (Thu.).

The sneakers nominated for the CO.JP Tournament have been transformed into a premium look!
CO.JP is a Japan-only project that started with the original seven-color “DUNK” sneaker in 1999, and its goal is not to produce new products but to add stories to existing models. In 2021, the “CO.JP Tournament,” a campaign to determine the best model created from the project, was held on SNKRS, Nike’s dedicated app. In response to the response, the “HEAD 2 HEAD PACK” collection will be launched, featuring a mashup of the materials and colors of the models nominated for the tournament. The men’s model is the “Dunk,” sampling color schemes from the outdoor collection of the 1980s. The overlay and swoosh are printed with exotic leather patterns such as snake and crocodile for a premium* look. Incidentally, the women’s model will be the “AIR MAX 1” in the University of Michigan’s team color scheme.
*This was also the theme of CO.JP in the 2000s, a keyword that established the status of products from Japan by adding luxury elements to sneakers.
