TATRAS will launch a collaborative collection with Japanese artist baanai on December 23 (Fri.) on its official online site and at limited stores, including down jackets and parkas with baanai’s work “ARIGATOU GOZAIMASU” on them.

The collaboration down is reversible with a print incorporating baanai’s work and one color black. Parker and sweatshirt are also available.
ARIGATOU GOZAIMASU” is the symbolic art of baanai, a painter based in Kugenuma, Fujisawa City. The work is created by repeating the letters of a specific word in a unique style that fills the screen. For this collaboration, the artwork was incorporated into TARATLUS’ signature down jackets, sweatshirts, and full-zip parkas. The reversible down jackets faithfully reproduce baanai’s work by layering silk prints over inkjet prints. The reverse side is made of recycled nylon and comes in one urban black color, typical of Taurus.
