CHEANEY Whole Cut Plain Toe BERKELEY
Cheyney is a long-established and prestigious British brand founded in 1886 by Joseph Cheyney. The company has grown to employ more than 200 people. Starting from cutting the leather to the final polishing and packing in the box is a long process of more than 160 steps, which takes as long as eight weeks to produce a pair of shoes. The “Berkeley” that we picked up is made using the whole-cut method, and has a luxurious design that looks like it was made by Bespoke. The sharp chisel toe silhouette is sure to raise your manly figure.

MAGNANNI Whole Cut
Magnani is a Spanish shoe brand founded in 1954. The brand specializes in the “Bolognese method,” a variation of the Mackay method, and has gained popularity for its glove-like softness and comfort. The high level of their technical skills is truly evident in their hall-cut shoes, which are made of a single piece of leather. The last is the #409, which features a short nose and slightly high instep design. The Mackay method, Magnani’s specialty, is perfect for the hole-cut silhouette, as it does not have the overhang of a Goodyear welt. The deep coloring is also excellent, as Magnani is known as the “magician of color. This is a pair that can be used in a wide range of situations, from street wear to a small party.
