Back muscles are often neglected because it is not easy to check them ourselves. However, there is no harm in working out, as it not only improves posture, but also has many benefits, such as returning the internal organs to their original position along with it.

Back Extension” (1)

This is the easiest type of back muscle training that does not require any equipment. However, don’t be fooled by the fact that it is so easy; it is surprisingly difficult to do it many times. This exercise will give you a tight backline, but it should be done with caution, as you may injure your back if you overdo it.

The one thing you should never do when performing back extensions is to use “recoil. If you do it with momentum, the risk of injury increases dramatically. Therefore, it is a good practice to move slowly within a comfortable range. As you exhale, gently raise your upper body and legs, and then lower them at the same speed, you will notice that the center of your back starts to heat up. You should feel the center of your back heat up.
