The biceps brachii, also known as the power hump, is the second most masculine muscle after the pectoralis major. Although people tend to think that dumbbells are the obvious way to train these muscles, I also recommend using training tubes. The tension load of the tubing and its ability to increase in strength as it is stretched allow you to train your muscles as if you were in a gym. In this issue, personal trainer Oshima will show you how to use a training tube for biceps training, as well as some tips and tricks!

What is a Training Tube?
Training tube is a general term for training goods made of rubber material. It also includes rubber tubes and rubber bands, and while their uses differ slightly depending on their shapes, they can be used in basically the same way. They are popular with a wide range of people, from beginners to experts, because of their portability and the convenience of being able to train anywhere and taking up little space. Another feature is that it can be used for different purposes, such as muscle training and weight loss, because the strength varies depending on the thickness and length of the rubber.
Why are training tubes recommended?
The greatest advantage of training tubes is that they are easy to adjust the strength of the load. For example, with dumbbells, you have to use different weights of dumbbells and change the weight according to the exercise. Another key point is that the tension of the rubber allows a constant load to be applied to the muscles. Compared to dumbbells, the tube is safer and easier to use, making it a good choice for those who are thinking of starting training at home.
