The second collaboration between ” Champion x Double Taps ” features a lineup of authentic items in earth colors
Champion, a leading American sportswear brand, and DoubleTaps®, a street brand created by Toru Nishiyama, have announced their latest collaborative collection. This second collection features a lineup of five models, including Champion’s identity cut-and-sewns and sweatshirts. The cut-and-sewns are made of heavyweight USA cotton and feature a loose-fitting box silhouette typical of Double Taps®. The sweatshirts are made with Champion’s original manufacturing process, REVERSE WEAVE®. This process reduces vertical shrinkage of the fabric, and ribbing on the sides prevents horizontal shrinkage and improves the ease of movement. The thicker the body, the more it wears, the more it becomes textured, and the simple silhouette is based on the basic Double Taps® line. The special collar name and jock tag with both brands’ logos on both items are also a unique feature of the collaboration.
The collection has been updated with three patterns of earth colors, and a new item, sweatpants, has been added to the collection. Champion’s classic sweatpants have been graded by Double Taps® to create a beautiful silhouette. They can also be coordinated with two types of sweatshirts, a crew neck and a hoodie, as a set-up. All of these items are basic designs that can be worn for a long time and are useful for a wide range of styling.
