The second Converse Addict collection for holiday 2021 is a collaboration with the apparel line produced by Andrew Richardson, founder of the independent New York-based magazine ” Richardson “. The special look features the Jack Purcell, which can be called Converse’s royalty, with a water-repellent, high-quality suede upper and Richardson’s iconic ” R ” logo printed on the upper. The lining is made of waterproof, breathable GORE-TEX fabric. The beautiful details of the previous model, such as the heel label logo seen on 1970s Jack Purcell shoes, have been recreated and updated. The result is a fusion of design and functionality that reflects Richardson’s spirit and is unique to Converse’s “ultimate shoe line.

The ad visuals were shot by Glen Luchford with Paul McCarthy, who continues to challenge himself in the field of art, as the model.
The visuals for the collaboration were shot using Paul McCarthy, one of the most influential artists in American contemporary art, as the model. The photographer was Glenn Luchford, a photographer and friend of Richardson. The visuals were created to pay tribute to Mr. McCarthy’s radical work and to capture the authenticity of both Mr. McCarthy and Jack Purcell.
