Valentino x Onitsuka Tiger finally releases a collaborative sneaker based on the ” MEXICO 66™️ SD “!

Onitsuka Tiger has launched a collaboration sneaker with Valentino that was presented at Paris Fashion Week in January 2020. Not only the model presented on the runway, but also a Japan-exclusive model was introduced, so be sure to check that out as well.

A reinterpretation of Onitsuka Tiger’s classic “MEXICO 66™️ SD,” the collaborative sneaker is boldly adorned with Valentino’s V logo!

The Valentino and Onitsuka Tiger collaboration sneakers, which were announced in January of this year and have been the talk of the town, are finally on sale. For this collaboration, Valentino’s creative director, Pierpaolo Piccioli, has reinterpreted Onitsuka Tiger’s iconic “MEXICO 66™️ SD” model and given it a Valentino design. The design of this model is characterized by the Valentino V logo boldly placed on top of the Onitsuka Tiger stripes on the outside of the upper. The V logo is said to have been printed entirely by hand. The shoe also features a special label on the shoe tongue with the logos of both brands. Similarly, the insoles also feature the logos of both brands. And since this model uses a material with excellent cushioning in the heel portion of the midsole and a unique material with excellent durability and grip in the outsole, it is also very comfortable to wear.

For this collaboration, colors other than white, which appeared on the runway of the Valentino 20FW men’s collection, are also available. Three bright neon colors, shocking orange, safety yellow, and hot pink, are also available.
