The latest New Balance model, the “327,” is made up of two contradictory elements, modern and retro, and uses a combination of nylon and suede for the upper. The upper, which showcases the brand’s iconic use of different materials, gives off a somewhat retro vibe despite being the latest model. The thick midsole, inspired by the brand’s 70’s running shoes, has an impressive flared shape. Together with the ruggedly designed outsole that extends to the toe and heel, it creates a sense of stability throughout the shoe, leading to a modern silhouette. The oversized N logo, which has an outstanding presence as an accent, is sublimated into a fresh design that has never been seen before.
