adidas Originals releases the ” ZX 4000 4D “! Features Primeknit Upper and Innovative Midsole

adidas Originals introduces the ” ZX 4000 4D “, the latest addition to the iconic ZX series that has been around since the 80s. This gem has been updated with a prime-knit upper and innovative midsole, and will be available starting Saturday, May 25, 2019!

ZX is a series of running shoes created in 1984. Developed for long-distance trail runners, the series has produced many models, starting with the ZX500. Another feature of the ZX series is that it is always equipped with the latest technology. The new model retains the characteristic details of the ZX 4000, but has been updated with a prime knit upper, suede overlays, and an “ADIDAS 4D” midsole.

The color contrast between warm and cool colors represents the difference between modern machine production and the original traditional craftsmanship in shoe making.

The “ADIDAS 4D” midsole boasts a high level of propulsion and impact resistance.

ADIDAS 4D is an innovative midsole developed using Digital Light Synthesis technology based on analysis of athlete data accumulated by adidas over the past 17 years. This technology realizes high-speed manufacturing of resin parts by controlling light and oxygen. This Digital Light Synthesis enables a manufacturing process that could be called next-generation 3D printing, designing the midsole at the micrometer level. The intricate grid structure provides spring-like propulsion, while the spreading grid disperses the impact of landing. And the taut, high grid anchors the foot to the center of the shoe and supports lateral movement with precision.

The “ZX 4000 4D” retains the high grip outsole tread pattern and heel protection of the previous model, but further improves on these specifications with an ADIDAS 4D midsole.
