Reebok Reissues the Phantom Pump Fury! The fan-favorite “INSTAPUMP FURY PROTO 94” is limited to 1994 pairs

Reebok CLASSIC, Reebok’s casual line that focuses on classic shoes of the past, has reissued the first prototype of the “INSTAPUMP FURY”. The first reissue of the “INSTAPUMP FURY PROTO 94” will be available in a limited edition of 1994 pairs worldwide.

The “prototype” of the phantom “INSTAPUMP FURY” that disappeared after six months is back in print in a limited edition of 1994 pairs!

Launched in March 1994 as a revolutionary running shoe, the “INSTAPUMP FURY” is one of Reebok’s most iconic models. The “Citron” color, which boldly uses primary colors such as yellow and red, known as the first color at the time of its release, has a “prototype,” an initial production version that was sold for only six months. The prototypes were characterized by the use of yellow rubber panels on the outsole. However, the bright citron yellow dye deteriorated quickly.

Therefore, a black rubber sole was adopted as the second version, and several details were changed at the same time, which is now widely known as the “INSTAPUMP FURY OG (Instapump Fury Original)” model. This reissue model, released to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the model’s first appearance, faithfully reproduces the details of the phantom prototype. The limited edition of 1994 pairs, named after the year of its release “1994,” will have a serial number on the back of the shoe.
