P Coat Codes Men's Special! Featured Wear, History & Recommended Items!

Combine a blackish P coat with navy slacks for a fearless look!

The image of the P coat, which is said to have originated from the onboard uniforms used by the Royal Navy since the end of the 19th century and the winter coats worn by fishermen in Brittany, France, is noble and beautiful while being fearless. It is of course suitable for a rugged look, but its potential is more fully demonstrated when styled in a more elegant manner. In the snapshots picked up here, a blakish model of such a P-coat was selected and coordinated with a tied-up slacks style. An inner down coat is inserted inside the P-coat to keep out the cold and give the dressy styling an intrepid impression.

Tied up with a navy P-coat and gray slacks

A navy P-court with gold buttons is paired with gray slacks with a modest plaid pattern to create a clean tied-up style. The gold-buttoned navy P-coat adds a touch of flair to the look. To refresh the impression of winter coat styles, which tend to be dark and subdued, a P coat of this type is an excellent choice.
