The wristwatch worn by James Bond in 007 is always a point of interest for men around the world. The “Seiko Quartz LC” appeared in “007: The Spy Who Loved Me. This was the first time a Seiko watch was used in a Bond movie. At the beginning of the movie, while Bond was having fun with a woman, the “Quartz LC” on his wrist was used to send out a message tape with the command “007, report to MI6 headquarters ASAP” from M. It was a shocking scene.

The actual “Quartz LC” does not have a printing function!

At the ending of the film, a communication comes in from the British Prime Minister, but James Bond ignores it for the customary reason that he is “having fun with a Bond girl!”

The “Seiko Digiborg” appears in Octopussy. This multifunctional model has an alarm, timer, dual time display, stopwatch, and light. It is used as a detector to find the egg-shaped jewelry, which is the key in the beginning of the story.

The “Seiko TV Watch” appeared in “007 Octopussy.” It was the world’s first wristwatch with a TV using a liquid crystal image display system. It appeared in the well-known secret weapon unveiling scene where Bond points the camera at the cleavage of a woman in the laboratory and is amused by the TV watch on the screen, only to be interrupted by Q.
