BLUE NOTE RECORDS, a jazz label founded in New York in 1939. This collaborative model is one of the first to appear in 2019, the label’s 80th anniversary. The base model is the G-STEEL “GST-B100” chronograph with Bluetooth. While the chic black color is the base color, blue is applied to the hour and minute hands, indexes, and other parts of the watch to express the world view of BLUE NOTE RECORDS. The back cover is engraved with the brand logo in a design reminiscent of record grooves.

Since the late 90s, G-SHOCK has continued to support organizations by creating collaborative models with various environmental groups under the theme ” Love The Sea And The Earth. This model is a collaboration with “WILDLIFE PROMISING,” a certified non-profit organization that aims to create a “better living environment for wildlife and people” in Africa, which is a new partnership starting in 2019. The base model is the MADMASTER “GG-1000,” with a black case and leopard-inspired animal design on the band. The specifications are also useful in harsh environments in terms of specifications, such as no-look, sensible operability and a button guard cylinder structure that enables dustproof and mudproof performance.

G-SHOCK x EARTHWATCH collaboration model RANGEMAN GW-9405KJ-5JR

This item is a collaboration with ” EARTHWATCH,” which supports environmental conservation and research in a wide range of areas, including endangered ecosystems, marine biodiversity, and climate change. The base model, the RANGEMAN “GW-9400,” is a model designed for use in harsh environments such as jungles and dense forests with high temperatures and high rainfall, a perfect fit for this collaboration. The bezel is constructed of brown skeleton resin in the motif of the “okapi,” whose population is on the decline. The band is made of brown skeleton resin with horizontal stripes to represent the limbs of the okapi. The indicator in the upper left corner of the face is exquisitely accented with blue, the color of the okapi’s tongue.
