This special model, produced in 2019 to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the California-based boutique Ron Herman’s arrival in Japan, is based on the “DW-5600,” the origin of the G-Shock, but with a simple, unobtrusive finish. The watch is equipped with a tide chart, which is a must for surfers, as well as other G-Shock features such as shock-resistant construction and world time display. The Ron Herman logo is subtly placed in white letters at the bottom of the face, and “10th anniversary” and the Ron Herman logo are engraved on the back.

G-SHOCK x NEW ERA collaboration model DW-5600NE-1″ reflects the culture of New Era on the dial

This model is a collaboration with the street fashion brand New Era. New Era was founded by Erhard Cook in 1920 in Buffalo, New York, and is the only official supplier of caps for Major League Baseball players. The base model is the DW-5600, a square design with the DNA of the first model, and the dial design incorporates the black and gold color scheme of the “59FIFTY” size sticker, New Era’s signature baseball cap created in 1954.

This model is a collaboration with ” THE HUNDREDS “, a lifestyle brand from Los Angeles. The DW-5600 is used as the base model, and the bezel and band are finished in matte black with a focus on “black. The face is colored in red, yellow, and black to symbolize THE HUNDREDS, and the brand logo is placed at the top. On the band, the brand’s important keywords ” BLOOD SWEAT & YEARS ” are engraved at the 12 o’clock position and the brand logo at the 6 o’clock position.
