How to recover from overwork?

If signs of overwork begin to appear, stop training and try to rest. Some studies have shown that a few days to a week or two of rest will result in little or no loss of muscle strength, and there have been cases of weight gains as well, so rest easy. If you take a few weeks off, start with half the previous weight and volume to get your body used to it. During the rest period, it is effective to get about 7 hours of sleep and to take protein and vitamins B and C, which are good for recovery.
