Patek Philippe is a master of complications that no other watchmaker can imitate. 1989 marked the 150th anniversary of Patek Philippe’s founding, and the ” Caliber 89 ” was launched with 33 complications that have been developed since the 19th century, using a total of 1,728 parts. It was the most complicated pocket watch ever made.

In 2014, the 175th anniversary of the company’s founding. The “Grandmaster Chime 5175” was released as the “most complicated wristwatch. The double-faced case allows the wearer to see the different dial designs when the watch is worn in either direction. The watch is equipped with a total of 20 different functions, including a minute repeater, perpetual calendar, moon phase display, and power reserve indicator.
