Adidas presents a new NMD inspired by the traditional Japanese pattern, Sashiko!

The new NMD Sashiko edition from adidas Originals will be available in 2017, featuring the iconic NMD prime-knit upper with a woven pattern inspired by the traditional Japanese stitching technique, using double-layered thread technology. The NMD_R1 also features a minimalist lacing system, a BOOST midsole with EVA plugs, and a molded heel patch, all essential NMD detailing. The NMD_R1 silhouette will be available in two colors starting Thursday, August 17, 2017, and the NMD_CS2 will be available in three models starting Friday, September 1, 2017.
