To coincide with this renewal, a TV commercial featuring the voice of voice actor Kenjiro Tsuda has been airing since April 1 (Wed.), and a Web commercial featuring the actor himself was released on April 15 (Wed.).

The new HYDRO lineup includes a total of six shaver products that can be selected according to beard density and skin type (sensitive or normal skin). All models have significantly upgraded cartridge performance to achieve a gentler and deeper shave than ever before. The holder design has also been redesigned with a minimalistic and modern two-tone color design. The new holder design is “Gray and Silver Metallic” for sensitive skin and “Black and Gold Metallic” for normal skin, giving it a sophisticated look in terms of design as well as functionality. In addition, the popular “Kyoku” series, a highly functional model, has been brought under the Hydro brand umbrella, strengthening the functionality of the brand as a whole and making it easier to select a razor.
