Denim brand G-STAR has announced the appointment of Rushemy Botter and Lizzie Hellebler of design duo BOTTER as creative directors of the brand.

The two members of BOTTER, Rushemy Botter and Lizzy Herebler, have now been named creative directors of G-STAR. They will present a new vision for denim and other G-STAR items that embodies creativity and innovation. In addition, upon assuming their new positions as Creative Directors, the two BOTTERs will re-launch the brand’s top line, ” RAW RESEARCH,” and redefine this collection as the brand’s creative pinnacle. They have made it their mission to bring a forward-thinking perspective and evolution to the brand as a whole by spreading their own innovative ideas and approaches to the entire G-STAR lineup.

RAW RESEARCH is an experimental and creative high-end collection born from the G-STAR Innovation Lab, an in-house research institute established in 2016. By respecting the designers’ genuine curiosity and inquisitiveness, while fusing them with G-STAR’s renowned technical capabilities, the collection has pursued fashion design beyond conventional boundaries. Exploring the denim of the future and presenting the next standard, this line symbolizes G-STAR’s insatiable attitude and vision for innovation. Elevating bold ideas to design, a portion of this extraordinary collection will be presented in June 2025, with the entire collection to be unveiled at Paris Fashion Week in January 2026.

The design duo ” BOTTER

Rushemy Botter and Lisi Herrebrugh have emerged as one of the hottest design duos in fashion today.
