Giorgio Armani and Kith have announced a shocking first collaboration. In creating this capsule collection, the two brands collaborated to create four archetypes to serve as design inspiration: “Artist,” “Entertainer,” “Traveler,” and “Entrepreneur. The collections created for each archetype category use unique fabrics, shapes, and color palettes.
What is an “archetype”? Archetype” is a psychological term coined by Jung that refers to a basic pattern that lies deep within the human psyche. It is an important concept in this historical collaboration.

“Giorgio Armani and Kiss present Archetype, the first collaborative menswear collection that brings together the different sensibilities of the two brands for the Fall/Winter 2024 season. Four capsules, each containing a signature silhouette, will offer an inclusive lifestyle. From the moment we started talking about this, I knew I wanted the collection to revolve around the suit. For me, “suit” and “Giorgio Armani” are synonymous. As a tribute to Mr. Armani’s career and life, I conceived a story that would portray the men who I believe were most influenced by him. There are many people from all walks of life around the world who have been influenced by Mr. Armani. And there are many people around the world who share the universal language of wearing a Giorgio Armani suit. This is how we came up with the concept of archetypes.”
