Pharrell Williams will succeed the late Virgil Abloh as Creative Director!
After the sudden death of Virgil Abloh in November 2021, and after more than a year of speculation as to who would succeed him, Louis Vuitton has finally announced that Pharrell Williams will take over as Men’s Creative Director. Pharrell Williams is a multi visionary (a visionary creator who has expanded his creative universe to include music, art, and fashion) and has established himself as a cultural global icon over the past two decades. His exploration of breaking down boundaries between different worlds is in line with Louis Vuitton’s positioning as a cultural house and is expected to further enhance its values of innovation, pioneering spirit, and entrepreneurship. Pharrell Williams’ first collection will be presented at Men’s Fashion Week in Paris in June 2023.
