A futuristic capsule collection that re-contextualizes the history of the brand’s iconic trefoil
This is the second installment of this season’s “Blue Version” apparel collection from adidas Originals, which overturns the traditional concept of athletic wear and looks to the future. The collection, which reimagines the brand’s archival looks in bold prints, is designed with the image of a “blue thread” connecting various stories across the seasons. In addition to reviving the three stripes and vintage sponsorship graphics, the collection features artistic print techniques that recreate distorted visuals. The collection features lightweight items such as shirts and jackets that are ideal for the upcoming season.
The mode items are expressed through a combination of satin fabrics, pleats, and expressive drapes in abstract aquarelle watercolor paintings. This time, the lineup includes items exclusive to Isetan and directly-managed stores.
